I have owned this tent for over a year now, and used it several times. I too bought this from Winfields, and thankfully have not had any problems. The tent takes me 20mins set up the main body of the tent, my daughter then sorts the inside while I peg it out. It's brilliant even in the rain, there's loads of room and plenty of storage, my only negative . Is the weight when it's packed approx 37kgs! Bedrooms are a good size, living area is huge, with the added enclosed canopy you can have people round for a party.

This tent is exclusive to Winfields Outdoors. One of the main reasons why I bought it was because you could only buy it at Winfields, it sounded amazing and thought that I would receive great customer service due to it being exclusive to them. Bought the tent in june but stupidly did not set it up until we went on holiday in August. This is a lesson learned and never to be repeated.
The pitching of this tent should only take about 15 mins but the pump does not match the valves on the beams - meaning we were unable to pump this tent up without there being 2 people - 1 to pump and the other to hold the hose in the valve in such a way that a rough seal was formed to get some air into the beams. Due to this it was extremely difficult to get the gauge on the pump to indicate how much air we were pumping into the beams. 1 hour later we got air in (not sure how much but the beams felt firm). It teamed of rain the first night and no leaks. Throughout the holiday the tent performed well except for the sagging of the beams because we were unsure of how much air was in and did not want to over inflate.
On return from holiday I toiled with contacting winfields because we loved the tent but in the back of my mind I thought 'we don't earn a lot of money and we paid for something that does not do what it says on the tin'. I emailed Winfields and got the standard response of you will be contacted within 24 hours - sadly I was not. I emailed again and was asked to supply pictures which I did. No response again. I had to phone them and said I was none too pleased with their slow response. Was asked to supply pictures! Explained I had in email. Was told I would be contacted after Les spoke with his manager. I was not and had to phone again, eventually Winfields agreed to pick up tent by courier and look into the matter. Awaiting a response from them. 3 weeks upto now so will update when they get back to me or should I say when I phone them!
This is my follow up - I cant even remember now how long it took for Winfields to get back to us, all I know is not once did they contact me - I did all the calling and am so angry with them. When I got the tent back by courier they still had not contacted me to say it was on its way etc. I again had to ring them to ask if they had inspected it etc. I was told it was inspected and there was nothing wrong with the tent but the gauge on the pump was faulty and they had replaced it! Here is the weird thing - I packed the tent in quite a unique way rolled in cardboard with tape etc and unbelievably the package did not look as if it had been opened at all. Honestly folks I thought I was going mad. I called again but was assured It had been opened and checked. Stuck with a tent that I now hate
