festival with a difference? Tribfest is the summer’s biggest tribute music
festival in the World, now in its 7th year!
This year's festival will once again be held in the stunning grounds of
Sledmere House, Sledmere, Driffield, YO25 3XG over the weekend of August
15th – 18th.
You have seen the sites, been to remote areas, been to coast and
countryside, then why not consider this summer a music festival with a
twist.
If you could ever bring together current stars and acts from the past on one
weekend, then you arrive at the concept of Tribfest. Where else would you
find Queen, U2, Arctic Monkeys, Pink Floyd, Joy Division and The Smiths all
at the same festival but with the performers all professional tribute acts!
The festival has grown in stature over the following years and has won
nominations for the best small festival in the country. In 2012, Tribfest
was nominated for three UK Festival Awards for Best Small Festival, Best
Family Festival and Best Toilets!
Over the weekend there will be over 20 tribute acts on the Main Stage,
Comedy Marquee, Silent Disco, Unsigned Marquee, Acoustic Marquee, Freedom
Road Under 20s Marquee, Karaoke Marquee and the Kidzone to keep young
festival goers entertained!
Tribfest this year will break all records in putting on over 130 bands/acts
over the weekend.
Ed Faulkner, Festival Director, says Tribfest is growing by the year with
700 festival goers in 2007 we are now looking at selling out the 5,000
capacity with ticket sales already up on this time last year. We have
created a fantastic affordable concept over the last 6 years where families
now can attend a music festival without fear of breaking the bank. The
Festival is an affordable event with non of the rip off prices you get with
the bigger festivals. Enjoy over 100 bands playing during the weekend. All
food and drink will be reasonably priced.

Caravans and Caravanning
All weekend tickets include camping. Car parking is £10 for the weekend
or £5 if you are just coming for the day. Tribfest has an allocated area for
caravans and campervans with electric hookups, which is just £60 extra for
the weekend.
VIP Tickets
Tribfest also offers a VIP area. This includes a separate bar and stage
with music continuing until 2am each night! VIP tickets also include free
weekend parking!
Toilets/Showers
We know there’s nothing worse than smelly, dirty festival toilets! That’s
why at Tribfest 2013 the toilets will be kept clean and well maintained and
easily accessible for the whole weekend. As well as cubicle toilets,
there’ll also be men’s urinals and separate toilets for disabled users. We
hope that this will ensure everyone will have access to clean toilets and
won’t have to queue for too long! Tribfest provides high class, top quality
shower facilities so everyone can start their day with a nice warm shower,
unheard of in the festival world, but not at Tribfest!
Tribfest Kidzone
Tribfest is a festival for the whole family. The dedicated Kidzone will
make sure that there are plenty of activities available to keep the younger
Tribfest fans happy! There’ll be bouncy castles and a range of fun and games
perfect for families!
