Location :- A169, Malton to Pickering road, North Yorkshire
Friday night is meet and greet night, casual and informal. Eden camp kindly give us the use of hut 12, one of the museums builings, this hut is heated and has everything needed. All that is required, is your favorite tipple, so make sure you bring that along.
Saturday night is a little bit special, during the course of the day, we will require volenteers to tranform the hut into a Christmas wonderland.
On Saturday night, we will have a disco, all we ask is for you all to provide a contribution of food for the buffet (list below).
One stipulation for the Saturday night is that it is best dress night, so brush down your best suits and frocks and let's all get glitzy and glamourous!!!!!!!

As you may be aware, this venue is a museum and we do expect people to remember that and to respect it as that. The museum is free for you to walk around at your leasure.
If you expect to arrive later than the museum closes (1700hrs), I will be manning the gate until 1900hrs. If you think that your arrival will be later, please could you ring me on 07906227115 to let me know of your ETA, please respect this because the enterance is a long way from the caravans, and after previous experience, being left out in the ice cold wet weather is not pleasant.
Caravan are pitched on a tarmaced car park so no awnings are permitted. There is no EHU but generators are allowed but must be switched off at a reasonable time. Please state if you have a generator on arrival, because those with, are better against the fence where your gennie can sit on the grass verge.
Price is £28 per unit for the whole weekend, this includes the price of the disco.
Usual UKCS raffle will take place, so if you could provide a raffle prize that would be appreciated. Money raised from the raffle will go towards table cloths, plates, cutlery etc, which we will provide, any excess money could provide a nice little cash bonus in the raffle!!!!
If anybody has any thoughts about a children's Christmas party and we do have a reasonable number of children, then please express your views. We would normally do the party at 1700hrs on Saturday.
The museum has a very good canteen providing traditional british war time feel good food at reasonable prices. The museum also has a bar
