Yes I know the prices have changed from the original details, and I apologise for that, but these are the definate and final prices and there are spaces.

After a sucsecfull meet at rose farm and after meeting some of the regulars including Ratty & co (top blokes and the kids played brilliantly during the bbq). We have decided to brave the weather for this new years meet.
We are both looking forward to meeting more crazy ukcs peeps and also it will be good to see elvis and wife again after they made us so welcome at rose farm.
We have heard alot of good reports about these meets and can hardly wait to come and get involved (Heaters on stanby)
would just like to ask though, Last year it looked like you all got together and put on some music and a buffet. is their someone that organises this? we guess it is just a case of bring your own and put it all together.
We went to Rutland last new year and we did have music and a table of food. The way we organised the food was that we started a list and everyone posted what they were bringing on this list. People could then see what food was going to be there before they made a choice and it worked very well. We had about 5 tables bulging with food.
The owner left it up to the host and us where to pitch but whether that will be the same this tear or not I don't know as the site is larger now.
We are really looking forward to it again this year and hopefully we'll see you there.
That sounds a good idea about the food, we might be at a slight disadvantage with being in a tent and only a small fridge but i sure there are shops around etc, the more the better (food and drink) lol
We are really looking forward to Rutland and its only 14 weeks on Friday or 103 days (sad i know) lol
yes we all pulled the stops out for that meet lol...everyone done the food as a team, ( sausage rolls, volovants ,sandwiches ,gataex ,lamb curry, beef cury, salads ) everything was there and there was more than enough ...i put the music on and someone got a marquee ...havent had so much fun.....beats sitting at home bored stiff ..lol
..good to see you guy's joining us for this one as it was a blast last year had a cracking new year..elvis was a brill DJ,..but one thing i must say tho PLEASE can we have a host, will someone take on this meet ???
