I have a 1.2 hyundai on a 63 plate what is my towing weight as I keep getting told different weights thanks

What is it though a Hyundai what? Exact model and spec?

2013, did the model change at that year? Is it upto 2013 or 2013 onwards?

Pot guess here its an i20?
With a 1.2 petrol engine approx 70bhp your really going to notice the extra weight when towing.

Max tow of 850kg and you are realy going to notice that on the hills.

There should be a plate at the bottom of the driver's side B post. That will have all the weights applicable to your vehicle.
The top one is the kerb weight.
The second the "total mass in transit", so total weight of the vehicle plus trailer.
The third the max front axle weight.
The fourth the max rear axle weight.

To get the max weight of a trailer you can tow deduct 1 from 2.
