I can do most of it single handed except for after pulling the first arch upright I need someone else to hold it whilst I pullup the others so it can go completely upright. The other poles weight it down. Where am I going wrong? Should I concertina the poles together first before pulling it upright?

I didn't say I could put it up quickly!

If you're including the guyropes in that I think an hour is a pretty respectable time. It is a big tent after all.

Mine's just arrived - am pitching it in a friend's garden tomorrow (32c - niiice) so am happy to experiment.

Is there any way to peg out the guys at the back to provide support, or is the weight just too much?
