Looks good,The only worry I have with what you say is that you will be useing a deep cycle battery for starting a vehicle. I know the Carbon plated Elecsol deep cycle battery says you can start vehicles with them, but I am not aware of any other especialy lead acid,

Its not a regular lead-acid battery, but a lead-calcium, as my primary need was for 100% sealed and spill proof.
I don't need to use the jumpstart very often, but hopefully this from their blurb means I shouldn't have any trouble.
"EX24 - This range of leisure batteries are of a lead calcium construction which means the plates have been hardend giving the battery a longer life and better starting capabilities than your conventional leisure batteries"
Sorry to bring up something from the first page but you mention not using a car battery. We've got a secondary battery in our vehicle (think it uses a split charge relay but not sure - husband's not around to ask and he fitted it).
Is the reason for not using one that it would become flat (in which case, that's fine for us as it's re-charged during the day when the car's on the move) or is there another reason related to the battery output?

Cannot keep up with the battery design as I said I know the
Elecsol with the carbon fiber plates state you can use them
but I always read that deep cycle battery plates were designed for slow discharge were vehicle lead acid plates in car battery were designed to give a massive discharge for vehicle starting.

Car batteries, designed for starting cars have thin battery plates and do not like constantly been run down and recharged these battery will not last long if you use them as a as a leisure battery.
It will not cause you any problems for a while but the plates will soon break down and stop working.

I bought my battery box from Towsure, they come under Leisure batteries ,chargers and equipment. I use the large ones so I can build all my equipment into them and use the separator to separate them from the 88amp hr battery.
Thanks for the Tip on the light bulb that really is a great find I will be buying two or three of those as soon as I have stopped hitting these keys.
