has anybody had any experience of exrider leisure batteries,

looking to purchase one but dont know how they are rated

I understand that these are manufactured by Atlas Batteries and are of korean origin. Used a lot in the boating world and I suppose if you break down in a boat because of the battery you are not as likely to be as near a garage as you are in a Van, so that may say a lot for their use!!! The Exriders are made specially for the leisure Industry.

Tend to be at the higher amphour range of 100 or 110 amphour but if you do get one just check that they conform to the new EU Reg which means that the actual amphours must be stated on the battery as well as its amphour "rating".
