There is a brilliant pool with flumes and slides at the Haven site, Hafan y Mor in North wales, some people have slated this park but we thought it was quite good, however we did stay in their accommodation then (2005) as we werent into camping then! I

Theres a pool at hendra cornwall, indoors with slides and rapids and other stuff, only prob is its also open to outsiders, theres also a large out door pool.

Have just booked week in august at vauxhall great yarmouth - thanks for the advice bill the bus - looks v.good I will have uhh I mean the kids will have a great time on the slides, stanwix and hendra in mind for future, the welsh one looks great, apparently not accepting tents though?
I'm still interested in any other thoughts for best pools in UK - anyone else any ideas? Vauxhall looks hard to beat.

Hi

Ruda at croyde bay has a good pool, Vauxhall at Great yarmouth, we are going in about an hours time and again for two weeks in August.

You get loo of the year awards - I think there should be similar awards for pools - (Is there?) It is for us and no doubt alot of people a big factor in chosing which site. Anybody else have any thoughts - best pools in the UK?

Sadly we did'nt make it to Vauxhall, Gem had a quinsy (Nasty) so I'll have to wait till next year to see which is the best pool, anyone been to any gooduns this season?
