how about waren caravan park near bamburgh my sister borrowed our caravan a few years ago and her and the kids had a great time theres a pool and the park and playing field is right in the middle of the touring area making it ideal to keep an eye on any little ones
If you are in the CC you could stay at Seaview, Berwick. It is next to the main Edinburgh - London railway line so do be prepared for some noise. Didn't bother us really (always an excuse for a bottle of wine)
CC also run River Breamish at Powburn about 20 minutes to Alnwick by car, same to Rothbury, 5 minutes from Ingram Valley.
Have never stayed at Ord House as when we looked at their website there seemed to be a whole list of rules.
C&CC have at site at Beadnell (no caravans are allowed) right across the road from the beach really close for trips to Farne Islands or Holy Island or Bamburgh Castle.

Our favourite site is C&C club site,Dunstan Hill, about a mile from Craster, and the lovely beach at Embleton Bay.We love this area and try and visit at least once a year. All that stretch of coastline is really lovely, unspoilt and uncrowded.

river breamish is a lovely site. bit pricey but nice. if you are going to river breamish tale your bikes. the river breamish national park is fantastic by bike. go right to the end and see the falls.
Hi, would second Dunstan Hill. Smashing walk from site to a fantastic beach and you can walk from there into Craster - lovely. A short drive from Alnwick and central for most of what you would want to see in Northumberland. A nice wee site and thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. Will definately return.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
