Just bought a couple of these from Discount Towing and Leisure.
Although suitable for any vertical 22mm or larger pole, really good for tipi and bell tents with no other suitable hanging points. Basically a sprung clamp with curved ends, so it fits round the pole. The bits you would normally squeeze are hooked at the end so hangers or lights won't slip off.

Sorry no luck in finding them on their site. But if you look up Discount Towing and Leisure on the internet, you may have to phone them. They had more than I bought in stock, and it was only a few minutes from the end of the auction. Sorry I can't be more help but I tried all I could think of to get you an ebay number with no luck. There are none listed on their ebay site at the moment.

Can't fore see an eye out problem with mine, as they will be about two feet above my head at least. May just bang my head on the underside of the lantern perhaps.

Well, the clip hangers arrived. They are much smaller than I thought they would be, they actually hold better on thinner rather than thicker poles. I tried them on various poles, and 20 to 25 mm are best. They will fit on a bell tent pole, just, but as the clip is not going round the pole, it does not hold as well as it does on thinner poles. My bell tent has a heavy duty pole, 32 mm dia. so others may be ok. Perfect for the Peace 800 tipi though.
