So far we have seen expandable teardrop trailers, expandable 5th wheels, expandable campers and even expandable caravans. Please car manufacturers can you design an expandable car!!!! I don't normally need a minibus or a people carrier my wee car will do mostly but if you could just see your way to making an expandable car with 3 more extra seats and loads of room for storage just to go camping then the roofbox and trailer would be retired. Oh and if you could maybe keep it as economical to drive that would help too.

How about a fiesta pick-up. Small normally but you can put something big in the back if needed.

They have cars at the shows that expand or you add pods on to gain extra space when required.

But it would add so much onto the cost of building them you could probably buy 2 cars for less.

I'd imagine if you can afford one you could just get the maid to clean it, then again would you be camping in the first place?
