Hi, I've recently purchased a Pyramid Tuscany Awning from eBay. It's about 4 years old and I'm really pleased with it. Unfortunately the seller forgot to mention that there were no instructions!

Having never put up an awning before I was hoping somebody may be able to send me a copy?

I've tried the Pyramid website but their entire download section doesn't work!

Thanks in advance
Dave

i have also just asked for these instructions on UKcampsites forum. and can email them to you if you stil need them. i also have the dvd instructions. in summary erect it as follows:

put awning on guide rail

slide awning pole fixings onto inner beading to awning

insert middle horizontal (caravan to front of awning)

insert middle vertical pole. this will now self support allowing you hands free.

next do the side horizontals and the side verticals and then finally the front horizontals to connect all up.

tweak the tension and peg down.

we followed this procedure last weekend with no instructions (having watched the DVD at home first) and it took me and the wife 15 mins (with 2 under 3's to watch also). Its relly easy!

Hi, thanks for all your replies, I very much appreciate your help.

It would be great if you could email me the pole setup diagram, my email address is my forum username at hotmail.com

Thanks very much :)

Also on my quest for instruction I found a youtube video showing how to put up the Tuscany / Orion / Corsican awnings (but doesn't show pole setup)

For the record the video can be found HERE

Thanks again :)
Dave

That's was the initial problem, the downloads don't work. My Tuscany awning has the instructions sewn in under the window, the right side if you are looking at the awning.

I could do with some instructions for the annexes though if anybody has them...
