The following events all have special areas set aside for UKCampsite.co.uk members to meet up. This can be an enjoyable way to meet up with fellow caravan and camping addicts. All events are very relaxed and friendly, with adults and kids of all ages, whether you've been to one before or not. Caravan, tents, folders, trailers and motorhomes usually welcome to all locations.

We would suggest anyone attending abide by the meeting up in groups etiquette guidelines. Many members also organise their own meet ups in various locations all over the UK - see our forums for what they are planning now

17th - 21st July 2008. The Weeting Steam Engine Rally and Country Show, Suffolk
South East + East Anglia region

The Weeting Steam Engine Rally and Country Show held annually the third weekend in July at Fengate Farm, Weeting.

Trade and Craft Stalls, working demonstrations, vintage vehicles, miniature steam railway, childrens entertainment, restaurant and bars.

25th - 27th July 2008. Netley Marsh Steam and Craft Show
South East + East Anglia region

Held at Meadowmead Farm, Netley Marsh, Hampshire. Throughout the weekend the main arena will once again show the means of road transport, of goods and people, through the past 100 years. From horse powered to the internal combustion engine plus so much more.

31st July - 1st August 2008. Pickering Traction Engine Rally Members Meet
North East region

Visitors to this years traction engine rally, held at the Pickering Showground, are to be treated to a massive extravaganza of steam and fun. Entertainment for everyone and every age group. For the enthusiasts there will be an abundance of traction engines, vintage cars and motorcycles. Agriculture from a time gone by - with demonstrations of machine operation included tractors, saw mills and bailers. Doors open at 10am on the Thursday.

8th - 10th August 2008. The Western Motorhome Show 
Welsh + West Midlands region

The show, now in its 4th year is set at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills - The Western Motorhome Show at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern. There will be a large trade area displaying European and American dealers and accessories. With well over 100 trade stands there will be something for everyone. Outings will be organised to keep everyone entertained - a splendid weekend.

22nd - 25th August 2008. Glenn Miller Festival, Clapham, Bedfordshire
Central region

The Festival is a 3 day event (4 nights camping), held over the August bank holiday (22 - 25 August 2008). This event is extremely popular with caravan and campers and we have over 1000 pitches on site. Prepare for a weekend of fun including non-stop live music and well known bands. Music from the 40's and 50's and beyond!

19th - 21st September 2008 Northern Motorcaravan Show
North East region

2007's event attracted a record number of motorhomes and caravans to stay on site for the weekend as well as thousands of day visitors over the three days. Following the success of 2007 the exhibition area has been expanded further and will now present a broad selection of almost 200 specialist outdoor traders including leading motorhome dealers showing a huge variety of new and pre-owned motorcaravans, alongside suppliers offering thousands of accessories, gadgets and leisurewear.
