Home made BBQ Shish Kebabs

Home made BBQ Shish Kebabs (makes 4 kebabs)

Ingredients

250 grams minced beef
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp corriander
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp paprika
half small packet salted peanuts crushed
1 egg yolk
1 dessert spoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions

1) Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl until a smooth texture is obtained,
2) Divide into golf ball sized portions and roll between hands to get a sausage shape,
3) Place all kebabs onto a tray and place into the refridgerator for 30 minutes,
4) After this time, place carefully on the BBQ and cook well for delicious flavoured kebabs.

Serve with tortillas!
