Cowboy Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

Sausages
Onion
Bacon
Tinned potatoes
Baked beans (or sweetcorn)

Cooking Instructions

1) Fry onion in pan
2) Remove, then fry sausages & bacon
3) Remove, then fry potatoes.
4) Cut sausages into bite sized pieces and add back into pan with everything else including couple of tins of baked beans.

Done! Can add kidney beans, paprika & peppers for a spicy version. Swap beans for sweetcorn if you prefer
