The Hi Gear Kalahari 8 is a spacious and stable tunnel-style tent that's
packed with features and versatility for a stress-free camping experience.
This is one of their best-sellers from their range of tents. It's pre-attached
high-visibility guylines, slick pole sleeves, and sewn-in polyethylene
groundsheet make pitching the tent a quick and easy affair.
The living space is a generous 7.6m², and the bedrooms comfortably sleep
four at each end of the tent, in 2+2 inners with breathable polyester
walls.The large living space has two 'privacy' windows and hanging storage
pockets to help keep it tidy and liveable.
The sewn-in groundsheet combined with the fire-retardant polyester flysheet
(with 3000mm hydrostatic head) give you a fully sealed and ventilated
internal environment, so you'll be completely protected from draughts and
sustained downpours. The two doors can be propped and extended out to use as
a canopy, using the steel porch poles, giving you shelter from rain or
stretching the space out for more room if it's sunny.
