Cooking Instructions
1) Peel and chop onion, carrot, mushrooms and vegetables,
2) Cook in hot oil in a big pot and cook until softened,
3) Add two tins of cubed corned beef, one tin of tomatoes, one tin of beans,
some wine, a small amount of water (if you think it needs it) and seasonings /
herbs as required,
5) Cook, stirring, for 15 minutes or so. Try not to break up the corned beef too
much,
6) Add a tin of spuds and heat through.Serve up with the rest of the bottle
of red and some crusty bread!
