We normally travel to and from France via Portsmouth by car, and stop off at Port Solent before and after the ferry to give our 2 dogs chance to stretch their legs.

We have just changed our car . It has a removable tow bar . This is quite tricky and heavy to put on but we have been told not to leave it on . I have to do most thing because my OH has sight problems.... ....more

We normally go (our storage is just off junction 16 M6) M6, M42,M40,M25 etc but on the last few occasions, traffic on M42 & M40 has been dreadful due to roadworks. I know M25 is always bad, got used .... ....more

Just bought an Eriba Triton 2001 and feel need for mover. Wheel movers are expensive to fit because of axle shape so looking at a jockey wheel mover.

I hooked up and connected electrics. The ATC connects and the light came on. I then went inside and turned the fridge on and selected battery-for towing. However it lasted a second or two and brought.... ....more

I have just bought another caravan compass casita 2019. The 13pin plug fits my car no problem. The dealer said the leisure battery does NOT get charged during towing. I was surprised as the older sty.... ....more
