Hi, on the last couple of trips I’ve noticed a clicking noise and the green light on the pump switch flashing as it clicks.
It’s random and I can’t confirm if it’s only just started or I didn’t n.... ....more

Hi. I have a BPW hitch on the caravan it only squeaks for a while when I set off. I have read that if you clean the friction pads with brake cleaner it helps. The towball has no scores on it as I clea.... ....more

Hi
We have cleaned everything I think and can only get gas to stay lit if you hold the gas button in as you would when you light the pilot light. Let go and it goes out. Very annoying lol.... ....more

I established my pump had died after first checking the fuse seating and good clean contact at the rear of the cassette locker and then testing power to the circuit board under the flush button and al.... ....more

Can you get 7 pin to 13 pin towing converters? ie, 7 pin on the car and 13 on the caravan? (I know you can get them the other way around) and if so, do they just work the lights etc or do they do all .... ....more

Hi all I have a bailey ruby 98year caravan
The on board 12v power supply that should be reading 13.8v on a multimeter.
With power to it is only reading 10.80v
With no power .... ....more

Never had any problem with the 12v supply which consists of a 80Ah battery within a Labcraft TP2 Trailer Pack charger box. I charged up the battery, which is showing 13.2v on multimeter, green in win.... ....more
