Ive bought one of these and erected it this weekend gone but it doesn't have storm strap connection clips on the porch. It's really odd as 1 it's a winter porch and 2 it says all the do.... ....more

I heve a propex HS2000 in a 74 Bay window. The heater will operate but will not switch off at the3-way panel. I have to take off the heater cover and unplug the powwer switch. The advice from Propex i.... ....more
