Just had email from ACSI saying the 2023 price is going up to €21.94 (exc. delivery) for the subscription with app.

I really don't understand why we write Dunkerque as 'Dunkirk', does anyone know?
I can't think of any other instances where the spelling of a place name changes to suit .... ....more

Just heard on BBC news that the Gironde in France is on fire.
This area of long sandy beaches backed by dunes and pine forests has many good campsites. I've walked this coast and know how ho.... ....more

Camping Les Terraces at Igoville near Rouen has now closed possibly permanently, when I was there 3 weeks ago.
This eccentric campsite built on the side of a steep hill provided washrooms for eve.... ....more
