Like most Brits, I would guess, I carry the orange heavy duty EHU cable with me on trips and it is such a pain, being heavy and fairly inflexible. Almost without exception European campers tend to use.... ....more

We live on the east coast of Spain and it gets very hot in July and August. To escape the heat of August we want to try camping in northern France, where the temperatures will be cooler.

We have just come back from a lovely holiday in the Netherlands. Despite living near the Hull port we travelled to Harwich for the ferry saving almost £1000.

Simple enough idea but one hell of a rabbit hole we went down last weekend.
