Having now cut the setup time down to 90 or so minutes, the best advice I could offer would be this. Make sure the trailer is level. After you have opened the beds out, zip on the first awning before assembling the frame. Fold back the awning over the bed unit, assemble the frame then pull the awning over. Do the same for the second awning / canopy. This way keeps the tension off the zips. A small 2 tread stepladder is a great help which goes under the cover when in transit. Hope this helps.
