I think I have the 2016 model.
I haven’t used it for year and a half but when I took it out last week the water inlet pipe was really leaking. I assumed it was because the thing you drop into the barrel had lost its two little black o rings, so I cobbled two replacements and the leak was lessened.

I had the hot water on once during the trip but then switched it off, everything appeared to be working. All the water worked fine.

Packing up I discovered a huge puddle near the water heater. (Horrors!!)
I drained the water and had a little look, filled it back up again but no obvious leaks…..however, on the outside there was a leak coming from behind the motor mover as if all the water that was filling the tank was leaking straight back out. (It wasn’t coming from the tanks little drainage pipe)

What’s your diagnosis clever people? Is it something to do with the pipe from the water outlet or more the heater itself? (Or are they the same thing?)
Are the missing o rings the problem??

I wondered about taking off the section on the trailer where the water goes in, but is that something that can be easily fixed? Is there a pipe in there that can be replaced easily?

Has this happened to anyone else?
Maybe I just need to take it to the repairer, but thought I’d ask on here first.
Thank you

the water was coming out and puddling due to you not flicking the yellow drain down tab to the closed position. this is the first thing you should do once on site, before connecting your water pump into the barrel, you then need to bleed out the air in the water heater by opening the hot tap until it stops hissing and spitting, and only then can the heater be turned on.

the o rings are easy to get replaced and always a good idea to carry a few spares of them, available from any caravan shop

Thank you so much for your help. This sounds easy enough.
