Hi
Have recently bought a camplet Concorde with gas assist. Sent the strut off to be regassed or replaced, there is no legible writing on the strut it's at least 15 yrs old.
Yodel have lost my parcel. Can anyone tell me what is written on the strut, camplet have been out of stock for ages and I can't get a replacement without some details. I've got the part number but don't think that's any help for an independent engineering firm

Have you tried searching the forum? You get gas struts from the business that supplies them, not from camplet, and it’s mentioned regularly here. Hopefully the lost one is part of a pair, so you can get the part number off it. But others will have more specific advice.

Thanks for replies. SGS was where I sent it but Yodel sent it to Scotland then lost it.
I've contacted SGS but they need information to be able to help me, which I can't give as no longer have the strut.

I can help with this, my 2011 Concorde has a Stabilus Lift-O-Mat "2523ZL" 2100N on it. Replacements are a nightmare to find though!

Further updates on this, so it's recorded if anyone else needs the information in future. The gas strut on my Concorde is out of production. I've attached measurements and spec of it here. Currently trying to source a replacement from SGS, will update with part numbers if I'm successful.
