A former camper here with very fond memories camping with my parents in the late 1970's and 1980's in a CombiCamp 2000, the orange one with the awning and childrens bed over the main bed.
My father still has this trailer tent and it has been well covered in his garage for years. The time has finally come to part with it.
My initial inclination, given its age, was simply to offer it to a scrap man. But I thought I'd check around forums too see if it could still potentially be useful or used by anyone.
Their is very much a current interest in vintage camping gear, so good possibility someone may be interested if only you can get it to their attention.
I sourced one of these for blind friend in the late seventies. Great bit of kit and so easy to put up!
I'm sure somebody could make use of it - shame just to scrap it. Monty 15 has made two excellent suggestions.
