Hey all,
Need some help! Bought Concorde Camplet 2008 last year and just got it out of storage ready for holiday but thought we had better have a practice. The key works and we can open the kitchen but only a fraction of the way - not enough to release the internal lid clip - don’t know what to do. I suspect somethings moved in transit and is blocking the kitchen from swinging open but worried about forcing it and causing damage. Is there another way in?! What do we do?!

May just be a stiff hinge, try some WD40. Failing that, check that the kitchen support leg at the key end of the kitchen hasn't dropped down. Only other things I can think off are, the fold down tap is sticking up or the water pipe has got trapped between the top of the kitchen and the upper part of the body.

Thank you so much! Turns out with the help of a jiggle and a wiggle that a hook from the awning had got looped around the kitchen and was pulling it shut. We finally got in after juggling a big enough gap to reach in. We assumed it was the tap or gas pipe but no it was the awning!
Thank you so much for responding. I highly recommend an endoscope like for car bonnets in cases like these to see what’s got trapped and where!
