Did the seller not show you how to erect it?

After doing a quick search, there doesn't seem to be a Mistral??

Don't know how old it is or what model but there are some manuals HERE
You could have a look at the Conway Owners Club.
Or you could do a search on YouTube.

Yes they did show us but we seem to have forgotten, I’m sure it’s fairly easy but didn’t know if there were some form of instructions I can download
