no definatly not that one, although the door zip isn't very good on mine either, but given time i will get that sorted. my main goal is getting the instructions and being able to erect it and take it down without causing damage
One of the kind people on here very kindly emailed me some instructions for my 1995 cruiser. I could email these to you if you like. Just go to Contact Us at the top and ask for your email addy to be sent to me.
We bought ours at the end of last year so are still learning but find it gets easier the more you put it up. Been out this morning to Clumber Park to put the awning up for the first time. Bit of a struggle but managed it in the end although had to put it down pretty quick when it started raining!
Hi there all I posted pics on the owners club site 1984 instructions there is one member Ian Martian put them on a pdf file if you ask him nicely he might just send them to you cheers
The Conway Cruisr Scampi's dad modified sounds an awful lot like mine. Mine has the Crystal water pump, the remains of a battery circuit, and a gas tap fitted as described.
The canvas is now ratty as hell, and there is a dent in the front (not put there by me), but it still works! I have just been away for 3 weeks in it with my wife and 10 month old and it was a dream.
The interior curtains, fittings, trailer and cushions are in astounding condition for their age, to the extent that we are choosing to pay a shed load of cash to have the canvas remade for it this winter. She will ride again!
The frame on my one is very tempremental if you don't treat it right. The bed sliders have bent with previous clumsy erection so that might be the trouble with yours. Also, make sure you put the towbar end up first and down last.
Does anybody know why the rear curtains are split into quite so many sections? It seems a bit baffling!
