Can you store stuff under the bed when you pack away to travel? Everyone mentions the bed slats, what do you have if you don't buy the slats?

If you don't buy the slats the mattress sits directly on the shell of the trailer. We don't have the slats and its fine.

You can store stuff in the trailer when you pack away, it goes on the right hand bed, and the left half of the trailer folds over it. You can store a fair amount on the beds. We get all the bedding, the table, larder, windbreak and sun canopy in ours, and then all the kitchen gear travels in the kitchen.

In reply to a previous post - we find the kitchen low, and we aren't 7 feet tall! I'm 5'8" and OH is 6', and its not very comfortable to use, but thats the price you pay for a kitchen that swings out of the trailer. For me its totally worth it, but for someone else it could be really off putting.

All the best,
Alison

Going to visit Camperlands this weekend. Love our TT but awning just takes too long to put up. Have seen video of Camplet which looks brilliant but is it really that easy?  Just wanted peoples experiences good and bad so are better prepared for Saturday. Also visiting with kids is there a cafe there for good behaviour bribery?!!

Have a look at a Raclet Allegra  You can get bedroom pods to go with them. We went from a Raclet Parthenon to a Raclet Solena for the very same reason.... Camplets and Combicamps look good  Happy shopping .....
