It does zip on, I have found a compatible zip and attach this after making the aterations.

Yes I can get them in blue (they also come in red which matches the earlier sterling)
Zip onto trailer first, we leave it attached, throw over top of trailer, no sides attached. Attach poles do not extend to full length, pull over fixed frame and adjust to poles etc. If its windy its still attached to something. Practice makes perfect and don't loose the sense of humour.
