Hi Caz, yes very glad we dished out for the new canvas, with the torrential rain we had in Germany last year & the hurricane like winds in Switzerland I would have had a few sleepless nights with the old one.
Yes the internal skirts are the same as yours, pretty rubbish. We find that the wind whistles down between the two. So what we have done is moved the track on the lid off of the frame & 'backwards' on to the lid. I think we used pop rivets for fixing, So it's almost a straight run from the trailer side. Initially I stitched the two pieces in the middle ( to make one piece to slide in ) but this year I will make up another piece out of the same blue material as the other skirts so it all matches & keeps those cold drafts out.
