I recommend bringing a few hot water bottles and wool hats, and/or wear a hoody to pull up over your head if you get cold at night. I am American, and I used to really feel the cold the first couple of years until I discovered the bliss of hot water bottles to keep warm in bed!
Thanks! Kids all have water bottles. Hubby and I will be taking a 13 tog duvet (all we've got except the very light summer ones) so I think we'll be warm enough!
fredahehe you mention bed covers fromB+M. Is this to protect the beds from dirt. I was thinking of making some for my new Camplet but at £15 I might be tempted to PAY (evil word!).
Also i'm new to the Camplet and thinking of going this W/E but forcast keeps mentioning gust and wind. As Im new Im not sure how difficult it will be to put up for a complete novice (1st time putting it up)
