Having successfully got it up once, it is now not working. The right rear side won’t extend fully. Does anyone have any top tips? Fear we have made a bad purchase!

With a bit of exploring today it looks like a spring has come out...that seems more easy to fix than a cable in my view...! Fingers crossed. Will give it a go in a few days when hubby has more enthusiasm for my crazy ccc hobby!
