The other thing to bear in mind is storage space - in general the folding campers are larger when folded. If this wasn't an issue, I reckon we'd have gone for a folding camper as well, you can get lots more facilities in them like a built in fridge, and some of them even have heating!

Our kids are the same age as yours and they love the tt.They both get very excited about sharing a bedroom.The awning is huge and we all sleep off the floor.

Im sure fc offer the same excitement but I darent look at them to closely or my oh might decide that the tt is history before weve even begun.Good luck with whatever you decide.

Hi, Many thanks for all the advise. We've gone for a Conway Cruiser 1995 model fc to get started - bed seem a little short but the sofa convertable one seems OK. We're off to Tywyn tomorrow for out 1st outing - hope the weathers OK!!
