So if the pennine camper folds open, and now the conway camper folds open too, is there any real difference between the 2 apart from colour? I have an 07 conway cruiser and it slides open so no messing with poles etc. The pennine equivalent seemed to open more like a tt as you had to lift the beds out on a hinge with gas strut assistance, then put the frame and canvas over. If this is the case and the comway is discontinued, it may be worth looking for an old stock sliding model with a discount. Probably no easier to put up in real life but the insides of the camper is always inside - handy in the rain!
But on the other hand our canvas is under the bed boards in storage and if you get a leak it lands on wood not canvas. No chance of catching the canvas in the mechanism. bending the poles etc. Also the canvas hangs loose allowing air to circulate. Horses for courses.

Hi Miss ..... your's is just so well organised and IMO the best colour
Hehe Jan - never even considered the leaky cover thing - you are right - 1 foot wide and 12 inches long - ie - each have good and bad points - just choose the one you can get the best deal on (that is what i did) and you cannot go wrong heehheehe............

Agreed
Actually the best i have found the awning is £900 so its not actually worth me shopping elsewhere.

The only differences in the current models are: CD-radio, heater, and colour (and usually about £200).
We have ordered the Pathfinder from Camping International as they not only matched Highbridges deal but also included free Bed Skirts,£100 free accessories and all the kit we need to connect the gas bottles and electric. It should be delivered mid June but could of had it quicker than that if we wanted.
Well when we were waiting I had a brochure in the bedroom another in the lounge and the picture as my wallpaper on the computer !! and it was a very long three weeks. (Sad aren't I)
