Once forgot my jacket and had to buy a new fleece - gone one in the sales at less than half price. That was about ten years ago and the fleece is still serving me well. Fortunate I left the jacket home!!!
A couple of year ago we were going on a trip with a friend. My wife got out at the local supermarket for a few last minute things. We heard her return and slam a door. Thinking she was in the car I drove off. Wrong!! It was the boot closing I heard and we drove 3 miles before we realised. Boy did I suffer!!!
------------- Life is not a rehearsal, this is it!!
forgot the tent poles a few years ago. Had to go home and the site had looked so lovely too! It's harder to forget things in our FC as a lot of what we need is part of the unit but still we managed to forget the washing up liquid last weekend. I did think we had forgot a tea towel too and bought a new one before finding the oneI had already packed. LOL
