We are looking for items for Conway Rio 1990 SUN CANOPY, LOCKER CUSHION, INNER BED ROOM TENTS, UNDER BED TENTS. we have tried TVS with no luck. Any ideas would be a great help
Underbed tents are pretty common...try Towsure and Argos. The SunnCamp ones are a bit flimsy but easily availible.
TVS do a Universal sun canopy for Conway TTs....I`m just about to order one myself. Does it not fit the Rio?
Locker cushion....any foam centre will cut you a section to cover yourself.
Inner bedroom tents. Now, there`s a killer. Not easy to get hold of. You can stalk the rare ones that come up on Ebay or you can get down on your knees here and at the Conway Club for a set of measurements to make your own. (Not from me, sorry, my TT is in storage.)
(Come to think of it, there was a poster here on this
forum about a week ago with a slightly damaged set of inner tents and I suggested he make a new set too. They`re only sheeting polycotton plus polyester mesh plus tape and hooks, after all. Perhaps you could colaborate on measurements? )
Or you could wait till August and I come back from my holidays, because when I have the TT up next, I`m going to measure up my inner tents and set up a web page showing how to make a set. I think this question gets asked once or twice a week, so there`s a need.
