hi all have been looking for days on posts but i am gonna have to ask .....we are new  to tt's as we have just been given one, its a raclett and thats all i know...so my question is how do i find out what model it is???? also any idea where the best place is to get replacement rear lense covers in the hampshire area???

we have booked a week away soon..and soooo looking forward to it

I know nothing abour Raclet TT's but on Conways there is an identification plate that is fixed to the towbar. This has stamped on it a chassis number and a unit code that helps identify the trailer tent.

I suspect that Raclet has a similar system. You can often identify the model by layout and colour. If you have images of the trailer that you could post in your gallery it would be a great help to Raclet expert.

With regard to rear lenses Towsure would be a good option, I believe thay have a shop in Southampton.

 thankyou all ...im looking forward to chatting, will try to put photo's on, it does have id plate so will explore this way .we have to wait for our friend to tow it so we can open it and have alook,probably have the model stamped all over it !!!! lol
