Recently set up our Cabanon trailer tent and dropped the beds without putting the legs down first, we now have a gap between the edge of the bed board and the side where it should fit snug. Any advice, cost to repair or new frame?

Firstly welcome to the site although I am sorry to hear of your mishap.

It is difficult to suggest a course of action without first seeing the damage that has been caused. Would there be any chance of you putting a few images up for us to visualise the damage.

It does sound as tho the brackets/hinges may be bent/distorted etc but without a pic its difficult.

you probably buggered it good n proper putting that much strain on the hinges it would have split the wood where the screws or rivets are.

If its just the wooden board thats "buggered" thats the easiest bit to repair!!!!
