Hi, posting on behalf of Wildie who is having internet issues here!

Does anybody have any suggestions for good value insurance for folding campers? Reputable company but sensibly priced?

Our FC is insured with our home insurance when parked up at home and on site. (Royal Insurance Advisory Service) (RIAS) - but the policy is only for the over 50's.

Whilst on the road it is insured with the car insurance. - Liverpool Victoria. (Frizzel)

Both are VERY reputable companies.

depends on your age group but we found that SAGA did us the best price (and they paid out OK when we needed them to!)

we have just changed our insurance for our folding camper from the caravan guard to caravan wise, with a saving of £56.00

I also have caravan wise insurance it costs me £112 per year for 2001 conway crusader hope this helps.

just had a quote from richard keen who we have been with for the last 2 yrs and they want £172 for a 2005 pennine sterling 510 on a new for old policy it has gone up by a bit and have had cheaper quotes do you think if i ring them then they will match the price i got from another well named insurance company?

I got a much cheaper quote from Caravan Guard than Caravan Wise for our fc. £35 cheaper in fact.
