had a our pathfinder for a few months and justing getting to grips with what everything does. The curtains baffled me a bit, but after reading various threads have them sussed now.But this has foxed me, i presume it is someting to do with the curtains. Has anyone any idea or am I just being thick
It's a piece of metal that you attach to a pole, along with another the same at the other end of the pole. You end up with a curly U-shaped piece of metal that holds the window cover away from the mesh part of the window for better ventilation. This U-shaped piece of metal is threaded through the hole at the bottom of the outside window cover. This is so that, for example, you can have the bedroom and kitchen windows open when it is raining and no rain will get in. There should be 6 of them, plus 3 other poles, 2 of the same length and one longer/shorter.
Its makes a bit of sense. I knw there are a few of these, but im not sure how many poles there are, i think they must be mixed in with the curtain poles. Would that make sense are they teh same size.??
I will have a look when I next open her up. I think when I come to do it , it will make more sense. Thank you so much for enlightening me.
All the 'S' bend poles pictured are the same size, there should be 8 in total, 2 for each of the opening windows. (2 x bedroom, 1 x living area and 1 x washroom) The curtain poles and the poles which go outside are the same thickness.
