we are taking our new 'baby' away on sunday and i was wondering if anyone knows whether a 'universal/fits all' inner tent would work in our awning?
The awning came with the caravan, so i'm assuming that it is standard (it fits fine!), with three roof bars that rest against the side of the van. From looking at pics of inner tents and vague memories from childhood, I'm not sure whether the poles would support the inner or be in the right place to hang them?!
Any advice please!! (we have room inside for 'demon-teenage-daughter' and her pal, to sleep, but thought the inner tent option maybe worth exploring as they never travel light!!)
Thanks, sam

We went away with our demon teen last year and she slept in inner tent in awning of our exportmatic. Can buy them from Argos etc, we tied it to middle and side awning poles in 4 places with very long elastic and rubbers. Only problem was that elastic was in the way of opening the door properly. But it worked well with usual foam mat and mattress, she said it was "cool". Would have been better in an awning annexe, but we didn't have one and very expensive unless can get right one second hand.
Thanks again! Awning annexe? Are they standard/one size fits all or made specifically for Rapido?
Obviously another fan like us! I used to caravan all the time as a child and have wanted my own, as a 'grown-up' for years, didn't have the space tho. So excited to discover folding caravans and when this one came up at the right price, husband treated me!! Can't wait for next week! Hoping, if this trip goes ok, to try and get away for the odd weekend later in the year too.
Are there any owners clubs/rallies that go on for Rapido owners? We are intrigued by how clever our caravan is and would love to meet other to pick their brains and compare notes!
Thanks, sam
