 Hi again!

we have her up and just trying to suss out bits & pieces!  Just made some toast under the grill (easy pleased me!), hubby has checked out all the pipework!

Bit of a loss with the water pump tho! Has a sink & tap, little black button switch on side and what looks like an outside inlet hole with a two-pin, 12v plug socket next to it?  It may be a really stupid question (probly!), but do we get some sort of external pump to put in water carrier/aquarol and then plug it into socket for power or am i barking up completely wrong tree?!

There doesn't appear to be any sort of pump in the cupboard bit under the sink, but a wire with 12v plug on it, coming from black button switch, which may reach down to plug socket under sofa!?  As we don't have leisure battery at mo (have booked hook-up for next week!) I'm presuming that 12v isn't an option anyway.

Sorry for rambling again, any advice please!

Thanks, sam

Hi, Yes you need 12v to a water pump with hose that you drop into your water carrier or jerry can, then when switch on pump, other end of hose connected to your tap to fill sink. Comes out at rate of knots!  If no leisure battery, can run pump one of those universal mains adapter ie 240v to 12v. Sounds like you dont have a pump though. See where hose from tap goes. Lights on rapido run off 12v too so if having mains, take a small bedside lamp.

Good luck,

Janet.

Thanks hun,

really useful to know, will investigate!  I don't mind pouring water into sink by hand or going to wash-up point, but you know what it's like if you've got it there you may as well try & use it!! Husband has checked out the electrics and said that it has a transformery thing to change hook-up to 12v, so maybe more scope for stuff!

He also got the under floor heating going too! Mad or what! Our own little toaty/fire/thing under our feet, will have to watch we don't burn tho!

Will keep you in mind if i have any other 'folding' questions!

Thanks again, sam.

our water pump doesn't work on the 12v circuit but has a box under the wooden plinth to the right of sink with a box to take 2 big square 6v batteries. Just another option.
