Ferry fare apart, you`d probably be considerably cheaper buying an older trailer tent than hiring one for two weeks.
And if you have the storage space, now is a fantastic time to be buying second hand. I`ve been watching beautiful early 90`s Conways going for three or four hundred pounds on Ebay, with extras like sun canopies and front boxes included. Same TT would be going for over a thousand if it was May or June.
