Ladies and gentlemen

Has anyone any info on how to make a blackout bedroom tent in my FC. Has anyone tried this or am I having a moment of lunacy?

It is the one thing ( apart from getting my unit dried off for storage) which annoys me about my FC - being woken up by daylight at some ungodly hour does not keep the missus happy.

Hi No you're not the only one to think like this.

 I made new inner bed tents for my conway folding camper this year for this reason. I used blackout thermal curtain lining material ( approx £3.00 a metre) using the old inner as a template. It wasn't too difficult - just basic sewing machine usage- the difference to both the light and also the difference in the temperature is amazing would recomend to anyone for the small amount of work and they work out cheaper than buying new inners too!!

Yeah you should! lol

I always seem to get the side that the sun rises on. so not only do I wake up early but also roast till I have to get up first! Whilst OH and son lie in bed they can sleep through anything and anywhere!

Have thought of getting some of those black out eye things myself.
