i have just had a demo of a Camp-let Concorde tt, it was up in less than 3 minutes, one good pull forward is all it takes,including awning.its 4.9m deep x 4m wide. also available is a zip on annex, sun canopy ,front side screen and front wind break
. it works a bit like the old fashioned pram hood , and just needed a few pegs, and not a pole in sight. It all folds away back into the trailer, and away you go.
no poles to colour code with tape, no fighting with a huge awning in the mud, wind and rain. no packing it all away again into bags and storing it absolute top of the range with every extra, around £5150. what a fantastic piece of kit.
We first owned a Conway T T but then changed to a Raclet, have had 2 Raclet's now and love them. Go and have a look at all models and all prices you are thinking off and choose the model best for you
Hi! We picked up a Jamet Louisanna in October last year for £460 off eBay . It's about 10 years old and a bit faded here and there but essentially it's a cracking unit. There are two adults and three children to accommodate and with the two underbed tents it should do us fine. The awning is huge which is really important for us!
It's really reassuring to hear so many good comments about the Jamets! It looks solid and well made and we (like so many others at the moment) are chomping at the bit to get away in it now!
hi we had a trigano trailer tent for 4 years we had such a great time in it even in high winds and rain we even packed it away a few times slightly damp and it still never caused any mildew or mould luckly we always stored the trailer outside and in every kind of condition and everytime i opened her up she always smelt of the freshener that i had left in there in my oppinion great make for a trailer tent goodluck youll have amazing fun with one of these shylos

We first got an old trailer tent to see if we were really hooked with camping
- It was an old Trigano trailer tent, we had this for 2 years and had brilliant times, sometimes just me n the kids. So wanted one not too hard to put up - my 10 yr old helped with the awning, we also found buying an older one we got a lot of things included in the sale, which saved us lots of money.
Last year we upgraded to a new TT we went for the Camplet concorde (it does have a pole - but not major) The main reason we changed make, was ease of putting up although the trigano was fab, we don't often go for longer than a long weekend -So I find the camplet better in that way. That said there are things I miss about the old trailer. - Its just a matter of deciding what suits your budget and what you need.
We have just put a deposit down on a sunncamp 400.
We had originally looked at a conway carnival brand new for £2999.....luckily we went somewhere else and are paying £1999 for a sunncamp brand new.Just as big too.....glad to save £1,000 !!
just read all the above coments we bought a pen/foldingcamper 4yrs ago now 10yrs old after looking for 4weeks at tents tt & foldingcampers the folding camper one its quick & easy to get up/down by myself ( wife stays out the way ) easy towing & to store BIG PLUS you dont need to put the awanig up if you dont want it.....
