Jan,
I am used to the likes of Jeremy Clarkson knocking and deriding camping and caravaning but when a contributor on here does it I feel compelled to respond.
The fact is camping is a low cost, safe and very enjoyable way of taking a break away from home, whichever of the 4 forms of accomodation used (tents, caravans, m, caravans or folding campers). From experience and by examination the fc is the optimum form of accomodation and if we had discovered them before we bought our first motorcaravan we would have saved a fortune and a lot of hassle.
And we have never been bored with any of our holidays or stages of life for that matter.
