We own a Cabanon Mistral which we love for the comfort, quality and space. Have seen a Cabanon Mercury which looks fantastic but hubby is worried about the sig as he thinks it might cause condensation. Wondered what anyone else thinks. This is a new model this year but I think the Cabanon Stratos was out last year with the sig. Has anyone had any problems with this?
We have just bought a Stratos after reading the reviews on site and can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can use it. I have not heard of condensation problems because of the SIG. We have a tent with a SIG and find it fantastic, especially last year as each time we camped it was cold and windy but we were realatively draft free.
We have a stratos and have never ever had any condensation - even though the 'awning' area is some kind of polyester canvas rather than pure cotton (I think!)
same here , no problems with condensation, but my missus left a out side window zip up open last year and when we got back from a day out it the inside zip up was almost full with water as there,d been a heavy localised storm
only had 1 outing just after we bought out stratos in august last year we had all the weather types in one day every day had no issues with condensation at all and we used to have a mistral too but the speed and ease that the stratos goes up makes it for my money far better even allowing for the smaller living area and no toilet/wardrobe option
